A certified, background-checked landscaper from our team handles the build, familiar with each program's plant lists, mulch depths, and inspection points.
Rebate Collected
Final inspection documentation goes to the city. Your utility issues the rebate directly to you, typically within 4–6 weeks of approval. No chasing paperwork.

Your HOA Cannot Block Your Xeriscape Project
Colorado law explicitly protects your right to convert to drought-tolerant landscaping, including in HOA communities. SB23-178 requires your HOA to provide approved water-wise design options and cannot reject a qualifying xeriscape plan.
